This page is really an introduction to the Missing Kids section in our main directory. The videos you see below are just a small selection and serve to show just how many children go missing each year world wide. The reasons for this happenning are many but nothing can justify removing a child, without just cause or consent, from the normal surroundings and lifestyle in which they are loved and well cared for and where they can develop to the best of their potential. In the Missing Kids section of the directory you will have access to the numerous sites world wide relating to missing children.

Please take the time to check out each of the sites listed. You may just be the one person who can help one of these children find their way home!

International Missing Children's Day (IMCD) - 25th May
The main purpose of the International Missing Children’s Day is to encourage people to think about all the children who have been reported missing around the world and to spread a message of hope and solidarity on an international scale to parents without any news of their children and who do not know where their child is or what has become of him/her.

'Don't You Forget About Me'
A Channel for Missing Children (Don't You Forget About Me) was launched by the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), in collaboration with the Find Madeleine Campaign and YouTube. This internet channel features videos of missing children to be viewed by the global public. It is the first global channel dedicated to finding missing children worldwide.

One of the ways you can support HFMC and help families in their search for a missing child is by displaying the HFMC Widget. The widget bank provides you with a selection of pre-customized widgets (45 in total) in different sizes, styles and background skins, including a transparent background.
